Lance Fegen and Shepard Ross over at The Glass Wall restaurant in the Heights have been very busy!

Not only have they been sold out every night during Houston Restaurant Week, they are planning to open two new restaurants in Houston.

This fall they’ll open BRC Gastro Pub on Shepherd, south of Washington and a burger joint called Burgerzilla at 11th and Studewood.

Partners in BRC Gastro Pub are Fegen, Ross, Lee Ellis and Carl Eaves.

Partners in Burgerzilla are Fegen, Ross, Lee Ellis and Will Davis.

Ellis founded Tonic, Belvedere, The Social and 310 Rosemont.
Eaves did the build-out for Belvedere, The Social, Daily Review, Shade and many more Houston hot spots.

What does BRC stand for?
It's a "mysterious acronym," says Ross. It's not that mysterious because someone told me yesterday that Paper City printed what it meant. You'll have to get a copy to find out.

Ross gave me a nice explanation about the name and we'll share that on an upcoming radio show and then post it here on our blog.
