September Will Bring Excitement to Chez Nous

Chez nous in Humble, Texas, has two exciting events coming up in September. It's the 25th Anniversary of the restaurant (Note: they have not owned it for 25 years) and husband and wife owners Scott and Stacy Simonson (who is also the exec chef) are expecting their first child.

I wish they would capitalize both words in their restaurant's name. They prefer Chez nous. But it looks wrong to me somehow and I always want to capitalize Nous. Same thing with benjy's. Owner Benjy Levit prefers lowercase, and I always want to capitalize it. Oh well.
