Dei Maggi Signs Lease for New Restaurant

Congrats to Michael Dei Maggi on signing the lease for his new restaurant, The Rockwood Room.

Located at 5709 Woodway at Chimney Rock on Houston's west side, this site has been vacant for a few years and is the former home of the Belmont Grill.

Decor will take cues from Fritzel's in Chicago with shades of burgundy, chocolate and peanut brittle.

Kitchen will be upgraded creating a 'culinary theater' experience for diners.

A fall opening is planned.
