Rumor Control - III Forks
I've been hearing a rumor that III Forks (out of Dallas) canceled their plans to open a restaurant in the Houston Pavilions.
This is not true, according to their vice president.
He emailed this to me on Saturday:
"The Houston rumor mill must be mighty dry! III Forks is under construction in the Houston Pavilions. We still expect to open mid-year 2009."
III Forks currently has locations in Dallas and Austin, Texas and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Yes, they will be opening in Houston in 2009. My daughter is in Marketing for III Forks and just emailed me to put together some invites for the pre opening trial runs.

My husband is a big fan of iii forks. We would like to be invited to the soft opening event.
