Where is Kinky Friedman?

I attended this event at the Grand Wine & Food Affair at the Marriott Town Square in Sugar Land on April 25th and had no idea that someone absconded with the life-size cutout of Kinky Friedman! Here is a plea for its return, sent out by the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.
